Can I make ING Bank credit card payments through ATM's?

Yes. This transaction can be performed in two ways.
  1. By making a selection among the accounts linked to the credit card through ATM, you can make payment to your own credit card or another ING Bank credit card. For this transaction, the account number from which the payment will be made must be linked to the credit card.
  2. You can select the Credit Card Debt Payment step under the Cardless Transactions menu and enter the 16-digit number of the credit card to which you want to make a payment. Then, you can deposit the amount that you will pay through the ATM. 

Can I perform transactions with my ING Bank card through ATM's of banks abroad?

Yes. You can perform transactions through all ATM's that sport the Visa and MasterCard logo, anywhere in the world.

What is the date interval covered in the account statement obtained through the ATM?

The account statement obtained through the ATM is a mini account statement and does not cover any specific date interval. It includes the last 10 transactions of the account selected. To get a more detailed statement for your account, you can use Online Banking, call 0850 222 0 600 Telephone Banking or contact our nearest branch.

How can I ensure the security of the transactions I perform through ATM's?

  • Make sure not to use PIN that can be easily guessed.
  • Do not share your PIN with anyone and do not write it down anywhere. Cover the keypad when entering your PIN, and make sure there is no one around to see it.
  • Do not get assistance from anyone and do not leave the ATM when performing a transaction.
  • If you encounter a suspicious situation at the ATM that you are using (a specially placed device etc.), do not perform any transactions and immediately call 0850 222 0 600 Telephone Banking. Make sure that there aren't any suspicious persons around.
  • In the case that your card gets stuck in the ATM, or retained by the ATM, do not get assistance from people offering help. Ignore people who say that your card will be canceled if you enter your PIN on the ATM again or offer help by calling the bank with their own mobile phones. Immediately call 0850 222 0 600 Telephone Banking from your own mobile phone or a secure phone nearby.

Can I perform current account transactions through ATM's by using my credit card?

Yes. By linking your account that is linked to your Cash Card to your credit card as well, you can us your credit card on ATM's. By selecting the account transactions menu from the credit card transactions menu, you can go to the debit card transactions menu and perform your transactions just like using your debit card.

How can I perform a money transfer to account through ATM's?

This transaction is performed through the “Payment/Money Transfer” menu, “Money Transfer to Account” step. First, select the account from which you want to transfer money. Enter the branch code, account no (customer no) and sub-no (MT extension) to which you will transfer money by pressing “Enter” after each entry. After seeing the name and surname of the recipient on the confirmation screen, enter the amount and complete your transaction.

How can I perform a money transfer to card number through ATM's?

This transaction is performed through the “Payment/Money Transfer” menu, “Money Transfer to Cash Card” step.
First, select the account from which you want to transfer money. Enter the number of the Cash Card to which you will make the money transfer. After seeing the name and surname of the recipient on the confirmation screen, enter the amount and complete your transaction. The money transfers made to cash card will be transferred to the customer's primary account.

Can I view the available bonus on my credit card through ATM's?

Yes. You can view the bonus amount loaded to your credit card through our ATM's. For this, you must select the “Statement” step under the credit card transactions menu, followed by the “View Statement” transaction step.

I have more than one account linked to my card. Can I perform transactions from any of my accounts through other bank ATM's in Turkey?

NO. You can only view your primary account linked to your card and perform transactions from this account.

Following the mobile phone top-up transaction through ATM's, how long does it take for the amount to transfer to my line?

The amount is immediately topped up to your line, and the relevant information is sent to your mobile phone.

During which hours can I perform fund purchase-sale transactions through ATM's?

You can perform fund purchase-sale transactions through our ATM's 24 hours a day. A short interruption may occur only during 16:00-17:00, when the fund prices are updated. Customers can view the fund prices and their portfolios 24 hours a day without interruptions.

Is there a fee for transactions performed through ATM's?

You can find out the fees of transactions performed through ATM from our “Product and Service Fees” page. An exemption for fees may be available based on the customer groups.

Can I perform all ATM transactions through other bank ATM's in Turkey?

No. You can only view your balance and withdraw money through other bank ATM's in Turkey.

Can I withdraw the TL positive balance in the credit card through ATM's?

Yes. In the case that our customers withdraw the TL positive balance in their credit cards through ING Bank ATM's, no fee or interest is charged. In the case that they withdraw from other bank ATM's in Turkey, a withdrawal fee (3% + 3 TL) is reflected on their account statements.

Which information regarding credit cards can customer view through ATM's?

Our credit card customers can view the credit card limits, current cycle transactions and last account statements through our ATM's.

Can I withdraw money from other bank ATM's where an ING Bank ATM is not available?

Yes. You can withdraw money from other bank ATM's where an ING Bank ATM is not available.

Can I view the account activities of all my accounts separately in detail?

Yes. You can obtain a mini account statement containing last 10 transactions separately for all accounts through the account activities. This transactions must be separately repeated for each account.

In which currencies can I make payments through ATM's?

Currently, you can only make payments in TL. The amount withdrawn with Tourist Cards are paid in TL. The currency of the account in his/her own country is calculated over the international USD exchange rate and reflected to the account by his/her own bank.
