İlker Kayseri graduated from the Mechanical Engineering department of Boğaziçi University in 1996, and completed his graduate degree in Management at Özyeğin University in 2013. After holding various positions at private banks, he joined ING Türkiye in 2016.

İpek Erhan

Corporate Client Coverage Executive Vice President

A graduate of the Business Administration at Boğaziçi University, İpek Erhan worked in various international financial institutions both in Türkiye and UK for more than 13 years. Erhan, who joined the Project Finance team at ING Türkiye Wholesale Banking in 2013, involved in landmark project financing transactions. Following her role as Director of Corporate Client Coverage, she was appointed Executive Vice President for Corporate Client Coverage in 2022.

Kamil Stefanski

Financial Markets Executive Vice President

Kamil Stefanski graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in Finance and Banking and started his career in 2000 at ING Bank N.V., Warsaw Branch, and then he then continued at ING Bank Slaski. With over 22 years of experience in financial markets, Kamil served as Head of Financial Markets in ING's offices in Romania, Hungary and Russia. Kamil Stefanski joined ING Türkiye Wholesale Banking team as Financial Markets Executive Vice President in 2023.

Okan Korkmaz

Financial Risk Management Executive Vice President

Okan Korkmaz graduated from Boğaziçi University, Mechanical Engineering in 1993 and completed his MBA from Boğaziçi University in 1996. After years spent holding various positions in banking and finance industry, he has joined ING Türkiye in 2017.

Özge Gürsoy

Compliance Risk Management Executive Vice President

A graduate of International Relations at Boğaziçi University, Gürsoy had master's degree in Banking, Corporate Finance and Securities Law at Bilgi University. 20 years of experience in compliance, internal control and risk management, Gürsoy joined ING Türkiye in 2017 as responsible for Compliance Risk Management. Following her role as Director of Compliance Risk Management, she was appointed as Executive Vice President for Compliance Risk Management in 2022.

Umut Pasin

Retail and Business Credit Risk Executive Vice President

Umut Pasin, who has obtained his bachelor's degree in Engineering at the Middle East Technical University in 1998, did his master's degree in the field of Economy at the Bilkent University. Having gained experience in the fields of corporate and commercial loans monitoring, corporate loan policies and risk analytics within different banks, Umut Pasin has joined ING Türkiye in 2021 following his final service as Chief Audit Executive.

Sedef Kılavuz Balcı

Legal Executive Vice President

Sedef Kılavuz Balcı graduated from Marmara University in Faculty of Law and completed her master's degree at Bilgi University Department of Economic Law. With 22 years of end-to-end legal experience in the banking sector, Sedef contributed to the journey of ING in Türkiye, pursued a wide range of legal services including litigation, legislation and legal consultancy throughout her career. Following her position as Legal Director, she was appointed as Executive Vice President for Legal since December 2023.
