Alper Gökgöz

CEO
Graduating from the Middle East Technical University with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Gökgöz received his MBA from Harvard Business School and later completed the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University. He began his career in 2005 at McKinsey & Company, where he provided strategic consultancy to various international companies in the finance sector. Gökgöz joined ING Türkiye in 2012 and served as Retail Banking Executive Vice President between January 2018 and May 2020. Since 2020, he has been serving as the CEO of ING Türkiye.

Ayşegül Akay

Wholesale Banking Executive Vice President
A graduate of Middle East Technical University’s Business Administration Department, Ayşegül Akay joined ING Türkiye in 1997 after holding various positions at a private bank. She served in ING Türkiye as the Executive Vice President at the Department of Risk Management and then at the Department of Corporate Customers Sales, and as the Deputy CEO. She currently serves as Wholesale Banking Executive Vice President and Head of Sustainability in ING Türkiye.

Çiğdem İltemir Carino

Technology Executive Vice President
Çiğdem İlter Carino, who completed her degree in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University and Executive MBA program at Sabancı University with honors. She started her career at Akbank in 1996 and led technology teams in different departments in important transformation projects. Çiğdem İltemir Carino has held various executive roles in her career in technology and digital transformation, in 2019 she joined National Bank of Kuwait as Assistant General Manager, Head of Group Digital Office. She has been appointed as Technology Executive Vice President at ING Türkiye as of April, 2025.

Ezgi Demirdağ Saydağ

Executive Vice President for Operations
Ezgi Demirdağ Saydağ, a graduate of the Business Administration Department at Boğaziçi University, completed her MBA program at Columbia Business School and her exchange program at Haas Berkeley Business School. She began her professional career in 2007 at the Istanbul office of McKinsey & Company, where she most recently held the role of Partner. Leading the development and implementation of strategic workforce planning, operational, and digital transformation programs for companies across various sectors in Türkiye and the region, Ezgi Demirdağ Saydağ was appointed as Operations Executive Vice President at ING Türkiye effective February 2026.

Hale Ökmen Ataklı

Human Resources Executive Vice President
Graduating from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Astronautical Engineering, Hale Ökmen Ataklı has over 20 years of professional experience. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles across various organizations, most recently serving as Executive Vice President responsible for Human Resources at Alternatif Bank. In addition to her corporate roles, she has contributed to organizations’ transformation and development journeys as a consultant and professional executive coach. As of October 2023, Hale Ökmen Ataklı has been appointed as Human Resources Executive Vice President at ING Türkiye.

Hüsniye Ulu

Business Banking Executive Vice President
A graduate of Dokuz Eylül University’s Business Administration Department, Hüsniye Ulu completed her postgraduate studies in Business Administration at Özyeğin University and in Finance at Sabancı University. After various experiences in the banking sector, she joined ING Türkiye in 2002 and held various roles and responsibilities, later being appointed CEO of ING Leasing in 2022. After assuming the role of Executive Vice President of Operations at ING Türkiye in 2024, she was appointed Executive Vice President of Business Banking as of July 2025.

Nermin Güney

Credits Executive Vice President
Nermin Güney holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Ankara University and a master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Istanbul Bilgi University. With more than 20 years at ING, she has held senior positions in corporate and commercial/SME lending and served as Executive Vice President responsible for Financial Risk Management. In 2020, she was appointed a member of the Executive Committee responsible for Risk Management at ING France. Following her appointment to the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of ING Türkiye in 2022, she became Credits Executive Vice President and in June 2024.

Tuğçe Bora Kılıç

Retail Banking Executive Vice President
A graduate of Koç University’s Business Administration Department, Tuğçe Bora Kılıç completed her master’s degree in communication strategies at Galatasaray University. She began her career at BNP Paribas and later gained experience at Societe Generale and Accenture. She joined HSBC Bank in 2010 and, after various managerial roles, served as COO of HSBC Türkiye. Joining ING Türkiye in 2022 as Operations Executive Vice President, Kılıç was appointed as Retail Banking Executive Vice President in 2024.
