Terms and Conditions

  • The campaign is valid and applicable between June 6 - December 31, 2018.
  • The customers, logging in on ING Mobile and ING Internet Banking, will be entitled to recover 4% of their expenditures during the reservations they will perform through the campaign link.  
  • In order to be entitled to benefit from the campaign, they should log in on ING Mobile and ING Internet Banking and perform their reservations on the campaign page to be directed from the campaign menu on Booking.com.  
  • 4% of the total expenditure may be refunded only if the reservation and payment are performed on booking.com with ING Bank credit cards.  
  • These refunds will be reflected into the respective card in 3 card statement periods following completion of travel and check-out processes from the respective location of accommodation. 
  • 4% of the accommodation fee will be refunded. The respective amount will be calculated on the basis of the buying rate of exchange, applicable at our cash desks on the date of transaction, and refunded to the credit card in Turkish Lira.
  • The campaign may not be combined with any other campaign or discount voucher applicable on Booking.com. 
  • All our retail customers may benefit from this campaign. 
  • 4% of the amount will not be refunded if the reservation is not performed on the respective link. 
  • No refund will be performed if the travel is not realized, accommodation is not realized at the respective location, or payment is not made with ING credit cards since the terms and conditions of the campaign are not fulfilled. 
  • Any and all kinds of problems, to arise in any transaction on Booking.com, will be escalated to Booking.com. In case of any complaint received from customers, ING Bank A.S. may not be held liable. 
  • ING Bank and Booking reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the campaign.
