- For rent payments made with a standing payment order, money transfer transaction is free.
- No account management fee is collected from customers who have a Rent Account and place a standing payment order.
- If you want to make payments from your accounts without placing a standing payment order, the rent amount in TL or foreign currency can be transferred to the landlord's account at our bank by money transfer for a minimum fee of 20 TL.
- If you want to make payments from your accounts without placing a standing payment order, the rent amount in can be transferred to the landlord's account at another bank by EFT for a minimum fee of 25 TL.
- For landlords who undertake to make rent payments through our bank for more than two residences or business premises, a policy at an exclusive price and conditions is offered regarding home and household goods insurances.
