Announcement Regarding the Changes in the Regulation on Credit Cards

Regarding the Monthly Minimum Payment Amounts

In accordance with the Regulation*, credit card minimum payment amounts will vary based on the total limit of the credit cards our customers own at our bank and the starting date of the usage of the credit card in the banking sector.

Regarding our customers who have obtained a credit card for the first time after 17.12.2010
    • For these customers, the monthly minimum payment amount is 40% for 1 year following the date of first usage of the card.
    • After 1 year following the date of first usage of the card, the applicable monthly minimum payment amounts will be as below;

Regarding Limit Increase

The limits of credit cards, for which a payment less than 50% of the cycle debt is made for three times within a calendar year, will not be increased until the total cycle debt is paid off, and these cards will be closed for cash advances.**

How can I place an Automatic Payment Order for my ING Bonus Card payments?

You can place an automatic payment order through Internet Banking, your branch or 0850 222 0 600 Telephone Banking. With the order, your statement debt is automatically withdrawn from your account on the payment due date. Additionally, if you have an Overdraft Account, your payment is made even if there is no money in your account.

Information Hotline

In situations that don't require emergency service, the card holder will be able to find out the telephone number and address information of all units that offer services in the lines of business below in association with the assistance service by calling the +support hotline.

  • Ambulance, Hospital, Doctor, Pharmacy on Duty services and information,
  • Travel Agencies, Car Rental, Airline, Airport, Sea Transportation, Hotel/Accommodation, Restaurant, Cafe, Entertainment/Show Centers, Museums, Cultural Centers, Embassies/Consulates services and information,
  • Locksmith, Glazier, Plumber, Electrician, Carpenter, Paint Job, Construction Work, Satellite Dish Services, White/Electrical Appliances Services, Carpet/Upholstery/Draper, Door-to-Door Moving Companies, Other Lines of Business services and information.

In the case that these services are received, all expenses will be paid by the card holder to the relevant line of business. For the provision of the services, +support will only bring together the card holder and the relevant line of business, and will not be responsible whatsoever for the damages or losses that may occur due to the execution or mis-execution of the service.

Water Installation Service

In cases where emergency repair is needed due to a crack/burst in the clean water installation of the residence of the card holder, +support will undertake the expenses for sending a plumber to the residence address, and standard material and labor costs up to 50.- USD per incident and up to 3 times a year. Expenses that exceed this limit, will be directly paid by the card holder, provided that they are approved by the card holder beforehand.

The repair of all kinds of elements not related to the sanitary installation, tap and other installation; the compensation for and the repair of the damage that occurs due to wetting, leakage and the like even if arising from damage/crack in the installation; the repair and replacement of all kinds of electrical home appliances, white goods, heaters and filters connected to the sanitary installation,material costs for the repair or replacement of the sanitary installation materials; the compensation for and the repair of the installation or other hardware in the building and in the residences of third parties; the repair of or clogging of the wastewater and sewage installations are out of scope.

Electrical Installation Service

In the case that there is an electricity outage due to a fault or damage in the internal electrical installation (from the electrical fuse to electrical switches/sockets) of the residence of the card holder, +support will undertake the expenses for sending a electrician to the residence address, and standard material and labor costs up to 50.- USD per incident and up to 3 times a year. Expenses that exceed this limit, will be directly paid by the card holder, provided that they are approved by the card holder beforehand.

The repair of all kinds of elements (lamps, lamp sockets, fluorescent lamps, sockets, switches) that provide access to the electrical installation in the residence; the compensations for and the repair of all kinds of electrical home appliances even if arising from the damage in the electrical installation; the repair of all kinds of electrical home appliances, white goods, heaters, ventilation installation and the like or the repair of damages caused by voltage fluctuations; the compensation for and the repair of the installation or other hardware in the building and in the residences of third parties are out of scope.

Locksmith Service

For entry to the residence in the case that the keys to the residence of the card holder is lost, left home, stolen or accidentally damages, +support will undertake the expenses for sending a locksmith to the residence address, and standard material and labor costs up to 50.- USD per incident and up to 3 times a year. Expenses that exceed this limit, will be directly paid by the card holder, provided that they are approved by the card holder beforehand. Material costs due to making duplicate keys and changing locks are out of scope.


Glazier Services

In the case that any of the exterior window glass of the residence of the card holder breaks due to any reason , +support will undertake the expenses for sending a glazier to the residence address, and standard material and labor costs up to 50.- USD per incident and up to 3 times a year. Expenses that exceed this limit, will be directly paid by the card holder, provided that they are approved by the card holder beforehand.

Hotel Accommodation

In the case that damage occurs in the residence of the card holder due to fire or internal flood which prevents residing, +support undertakes bed & breakfast accommodation expenses (extras paid by the card holder) of ING Bonus holders at a Hotel (maximum 4 stars, determined by +support), up to 2 nights per person. The hotel to be selected will be a 4-star hotel (3-star hotel, if not available) and within a maximum distance of 50 km.

This service will be provided relying on the photographs and the report prepared by +support Residence Service officials documenting the unsuitable condition of the residence for residing.
Protection and Surveillance of the Residence

In the case that damage occurs in the residence of the card holder due to fire or internal flood which prevents residing, +support provides a security guard or a night watchman up to 48 hours to protect the residence against burglary and pays the expenses.

This service will be provided relying on the photographs and the report prepared by +support Residence Service officials documenting the unsuitable condition of the residence for residing.

Unanticipated Return to the Residence

a- In the case that there is severe damage in the permanent residence: If the card holder must urgently return to the permanent residence due to severe damage in the permanent residence of the card holder due to fire or burglary, +support arranges and pays for an economy class airline ticket in a scheduled flight (by also using an available ticket, if any) to enable the return of the ING Bonus holder.

For the validity of this coverage, the card holder must submit to +support a document obtained from official authorities verifying the incident. (such as fire department report, police report) b- In case of the death of a relative: If the card holder must urgently return to the permanent residence due to the death of a relative in the residence, +support arranges and pays for an economy class airline ticket in a scheduled flight (by also using an available ticket, if any) to enable the return of the ING Bonus holder. Following the return, the death of the relative must be documented with an official report.

Pet Line

In the case that the card holder applies to +support regarding emergency or non-emergency problems of his/her domestic animal, +support will provide necessary assistance by arranging contact with a contracted vet. In cases where the vet needs to see the domestic animal, all veterinary expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the card holder. +support will only provide all kinds of assistance arrangement-wise.

What are the obligations of +support Card holder?

A) GENERAL PROCEDURE

In an emergency situation, the card holder calls the İstanbul Office of +support at 0 216 524 36 67 24 hours a day, before making any personal attempts, and provides:

The problem encountered and the nature of help requested.

B) MEDICAL TRANSFER

If the card holder requests a Medical Transfer, the following must be provided:

i) For +support to intervene as soon as possible, the name, address and telephone number of the hospital to which the card holder or his/her dependent has been taken to.

The address and telephone number of the doctor carrying out the treatment and the family doctor, if available.

ii) The Medical Crew or the representatives of +support can visit the card holder to identify the condition of the card holder. If this obligation is not met, the card holder will not not be entitled to medical assistance, unless a justified reason exists.

iii) In any case, the +support Medical Crew will arrange the transfer date and the transportation vehicle by agreeing with the doctor carrying out the treatment.

iv) In case of a bodily damage/injury that requires hospitalization, the card holder or the person acting on behalf of the card holder will inform +support within 120 hours as of the date of the incident. In the case that no notification is made, +support will have the right to refuse the payment of expenses to the card holder.

C) GENERAL PROVISIONS

i) Limitation

When an Assistance Request is made as a result of the occurrence of damage, the card holder must make an effort to limit or prevent the damage. All expenses incurred out of scope and payments made on behalf of the card holder are collected from the card holder, provided that the approval of the card holder is received beforehand. For unapproved expenses, the payments will be made within the limits of the assistance services, upon the request of the ING Bonus holder.

ii) Recovery

For the recovery of the necessary payments by +support from the relevant sources, the card holder will submit all the necessary documents to +support and perform all the formalities.

You can instantly get your PIN with SMS PIN. On your mobile phone registered at our bank, type SIFRE and last 4 digits of your card number by leaving a space between each entry, and sent it to 2205 by SMS. EXAMPLE: SIFRE 1111

Supplementary card holders can get their PIN by sending an SMS from the registered mobile phone of the main card holder.
